Dear SST Sugar Land Guardians,
We would like to update you on our new due dates for assignment submission, award ceremony, and summer school for the 2020-2021 Covid-19 School year. This change is being made to accommodate students who would need summer school this year due to failing.
· Final assignments have to be submitted for all classes with no extensions by May 21st, 2021 Friday.
· Final Grades will be posted to Skyward by teachers by May 24th, 2021 Monday.
· Virtual Award ceremony will be conducted on May 27th Thursday during advisory.
· Summer School will start on June 7th, 2021 for students who fail ELAR and/or Math
o The program will have ELAR and Math sessions only
o The class size will be 25 students
o The window for the summer school program is June 7th-30th from Monday-Friday.

90% of attendance requirements will be implemented for failing students. Students will be placed to the next grade level upon successful completion of the summer school. All the sessions will be synchronous remote.
