As we all know, testing can be stressful and draining, that is why we will need our parents’ support!
What can you do to support your child?

Make sure that they eat a healthy breakfast.

Make sure that your child has enough sleep - you’ll be surprised to see the number of students sleeping during the test!

Come to school early - make sure they are not late.

Encourage them. Testing may give your child anxiety. Make them feel secure by speaking positive words!

Lunch if they usually bring their own (PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DROP OFF LUNCH).

Snacks will be provided, you may bring your own due to any diet restrictions
