Dear Parents/Guardians of ONLINE Students,
If you received a Chromebook/IPAD from the school, please read the instructions below on how and when you can return it.

We designated the last day of our school, Friday, May 28, 2021, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 pm. And from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm. for our parents to return the School Chromebook/IPAD.
All delivery will occur in the back at the dismissal area. Please get in line the same way you would do for normal dismissal.
In order to maintain and honor the recommended social distancing in order to reduce the risk of spreading illness in our community, individuals should not leave their vehicles.
No one is allowed to enter the building.
Here are the following steps to take when returning Chromebook/IPAD items:
Before the Chromebook/IPAD delivery!

Please make sure that Chromebook/IPAD and charger are working properly.

Please remove any sticker on the Chromebook/IPAD!

Please make sure that the charger and Chromebook/IPAD you receive are the same brands. Example: HP Chromebook, should also have an HP charger.

Please wipe the Chromebook/IPAD clean.

Please wipe the Chromebook/IPAD charger clean.
-
Please bring the signed form that you were given at the time of check-out.

Please place all items in a bag and place your child’s name in the bag.
At the time of Delivery!

When it is your turn, please hand your bag to the designated staff member.

Please wait for our designated staff member to check the Chromebook/IPAD and the charger.

If the Chromebook/IPAD and charger are not damaged and working properly, you will be given a good return receipt. After receiving the receipt, you may leave.

Please note that if your Chromebook/IPAD/Charger is damaged in any way or not working properly, there will be a fee ranging from $100 to $200.

If damaged, you will be asked to park in the designated parking spot. One of our designated staff members will help you to make the payment. After the payment and delivery of the Chromebook/IPAD and charger, the receipt will be given, and you may leave. Please note that only credit cards or checks will be accepted, no cash!
Chromebook Return Date and time: Friday May 28, 2021 8:00 AM- 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-5:00 PM.
FOR ONSITE PARENTS:
Dear Parents/Guardians of ONSITE Students,
On Thursday, May 27, between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Mr. Genc will come to your child’s classrooms to collect student’s school Ipads and school Chromebooks. We will appreciate your collaboration.
Dear parents, we will appreciate it if you can check the following before you send your child to the school on Thursday, May 27.

Mr. Genc will visit each classroom to collect a Chromebook/IPAD on Thursday, May 27 between 12:00 pm and 3:10 pm.
