First Day of School! August 9th, 2023

 

PreK - 2nd ONLY are allowed to walk their child(ren) to class on the first day of school 

  • Parents are NOT ALLOWED to have breakfast with their child(ren) in the cafeteria 
  • Arrival Time: 7:00 am - 7:35 am 
  •  supplies to drop off in class 
  • 3rd - 9th students will be dropped off during the arrival line. 
  • 3rd -9th child(ren) ONLY must walk in with it during arrival time. Suggestion having your child(ren) do different portions throughout the school week.  
  • More information about dolphin care will be posted at a later time.

Dear SST Sugarland Family,

Front office Policies:

  • The last Call for EARLY PICK-UP WILL BE 30 MINUTES BEFORE DISMISSAL. 

  • Please take a picture of your car tag to keep a copy on your phone. This is the only way to pick up your student(s) 

  •  Each person picking up in the front office is responsible for having their ID or CAR TAG to release your child(ren) 

  • If a new person is picking up, please Email info.sstsugarland@ssttx.org  the person's name/ phone number to add on Skyward. 

  • Any student's items must be dropped off by 10 am. This includes Lunch boxes/ Birthday cupcakes. This gives enough time to make sure each student can get their items in the building and in Dolphin Island.

  • WRITE YOUR STUDENTS NAME ON ALL ITEMS BROUGHT IN 

  • Please fill out the form on the table on the left side and hand it to the front office. 

  • Make sure to write your student's full name on Skyward. 

  • NO LUNCH OR BIRTHDAY Cupcakes of any kind on  HALF DAYS

  • NO birthday cupcakes cupcake on WEDNESDAY 

  • Students are NOT allowed to receive uber eats/door-dash

  • Fast food items have to be handed directly to students by their caregivers 

  • Late Morning Arrival, an adult must come inside to Sign in your student(s)  

  • 3rd -4th grade, you MUST DROP OFF AT THE DOLPHIN ISLAND FOR LATE Morning Arrival 

  • 3rd-4th Grade Early pickup would ONLY be in the DOLPHIN ISLAND, not the front office 

  • If your student(s) is PICK UP LATE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE PER CHILD
