 In order not to lose any instructional time, we have to make sure the procedures for arrival and dismissal are followed by our stakeholders thoroughly. We want to remind and inform you of the following procedures once again and give you a heads up for the strict implementation of consequences to maintain safety first and ensure our students get their deserved instruction without any interruption. DROP-OFF & TARDY PROCEDURE
•Gates are open by 7:00 am
•Drop off window and breakfast time is 7:00-7:30 am
Instruction starts sharp at 7:35 am
•All homerooms will be picked up by 7:30 am by their teachers
•The students will be in classrooms with teachers by 7:35 am
•The gym back door will be closed sharp at 7:35 am
•The late vehicles will need to park in front after 7:35 am
•Parents need to walk in their kids and sign in for tardy slips after 7:35 am
•Kids are not allowed to enter the building on their own after 7:35 am
•For consequences, refer to “Student & Parent Handbook 23-24” at page#11-12

DISMISSAL & LATE PICK-UP PROCEDURE
•Dismissal starts and ends on…
•Regular Days              => from 3:25 to 3:55* pm
•Short Wednesdays     => from 2:30 to 3:00* pm
•Early Dismissal Days  => from 1:00 to 1:30* pm
•All homerooms will be led to the dismissal area by their last-period teachers
•Students will be called & dismissed using the gym back door
The back door will be closed by the end time* sharp
•Students who have not been picked up after their designated dismissal time will be placed in the school’s after-school program 
•Parents will be charged for all fees incurred as a result of such placement!
•A student who remains on campus unsupervised after dismissal time may be subject to state criminal trespass laws!

Unless guided differently by the school personnel/security officer, -please- 
NO PARKING or NO DROP-OFF or NO PICK-UP AT ALL TIME 
at the blocked parking lots located where the traffic cones are placed 
between the main building's west side exit & the portables
The kids are transitioning constantly between two buildings through those blocked(!) parking lots and for the safety of our kids
no vehicles are allowed to park anytime between two buildings!
